He is also a qualified mediator by the Swiss Bar Association (SBA)), law doctor and professor of inheritance law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).<\/p><p>He is a member of the international scientific committee of the Italian law review \u201cDiritto delle sucessioni e della famiglia\u201d and the author of numerous publications on inheritance law.
