Antoine Eigenmann has been lawyer for some twenty years, specialist in inheritance law and member of the bar in the canton of Vaud (Switzerland). He is also a qualified mediator by the Fédération suisse des avocats (Swiss Federation of Lawyers), law doctor and professor of inheritance law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland).
He is a member of the international scientific committee of the Italian law review “Diritto delle succossioni e della famiglia” and the author of numerous publications on inheritance law. In particular, he is co-editor of the Commentaire du droit des successions (Commentary on Inheritance Law, Stämpfli Editions) and of the book entitled “Les actions successorales” (Helbing Lichtenhahn Verlag).
After having been able to appreciate the meandres of legal action in inheritance issues, he decided to offer people involved in inheritances alternative ways to deal with their real needs and to move forward more quickly under the best conditions.
