Géraldine Chapus-Rapin

Géraldine Chapus-Rapin has been lawyer for more than ten years in France (Marseille bar) and in Switzerland (Vaud bar). She has been formed in mediation at the University of Fribourg where she obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies in this field. She is also a certified mediator by the Swiss Bar Association (FSA), a member of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation and the Swiss Federation of Mediation Associations.

Géraldine Chapus-Rapin has also been formed in collaborative law, in order to offer her clients a wide range of methods to resolve their difficulties and, above all, to offer the most appropriate to their personal situation. She is a member of the Association suisse romande de droit et pratique collaboratifs (Swiss Romandie Association of collaborative law and practice).

After noticing the legal, technical, personal and emotional richness of inheritance cases, she decided to combine all these aspects in a unique offer through mediation and arbitration.
